This website is operated by Rajat Jain, Founder of Aadi IT Services LLP and BizEazer Consulting Pvt. Ltd., reachable at solutions@bizeazer.ai. References to "we", "I", or "the site" refer to rajatjain.in.

• To send you the newsletter you signed up for.

6. Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Newsletter subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

7. Third-party services

• Resend — email delivery. Your email is transmitted through Resend's infrastructure.
• hCaptcha — spam prevention on the contact form. hCaptcha's privacy policy applies.
• Vercel — hosting. Vercel may log IP addresses per their infrastructure policy.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — required for the site to function. We do not use advertising, tracking, or profiling cookies. No cookie consent banner is shown because we do not deploy non-essential cookies.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS, Content Security Policy headers, input sanitisation, and rate limiting on form submissions. No system is 100% secure; we will notify you of any breach affecting your personal data as required by law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
